Help me with my roast!?

Ok, its a 4-5 lb chuck roast. but it wouldn't fit in my crock pot! So now I'm winging it in my pampered chef huge skillet and it's in the oven right now at 325. I've browned it on all sides and it wasn't thawed ~ I put in in fridge for 8 hours and it sat at room temp for like 2. So... How long does my roast cook in oven? is 325 ok? My pampered chef skillet is rated to 400 degrees. Thanks to all!
