Im 17 on a 5x5 workout program ive made huge gains but now and before i even started i had shoulder pain and knee pain ... also my forarms and shoulder are my weakest muscles so for the nex couple of monthes im planing not to lift any weights to fix these problems once and for all .. soo all athlets and good trainers is there any work plans u reccomend for me to give my body full blance stabilty and no pain .. please in deatail .. p.s i can do 55 push ups , 20 dips , 11 wide grip pullups and weigh 140lb
