BASKETBALL i want to be a baller?

hi i want to get soo much better in bball. i like how ppl like jashaun agosto and jerron love play. they are like a inspiration to me as to how good u can get quickly. i hav been polayin ball for 2 year.but im not good at all. i meen im an ok shooter. i can make layups and an okay dribbler. im juss slow. so i plan on getting faster. but i need to kno how they got so famous. i think they will play in the nba. bball is hard for me cuz my fam doesnt support it. but i wanna be an nba baller too! i practice whenever i can. i plan on playing junior varsity nex year as a sophomore. how can i make that team ( if u were on a jv team) also are there any aau teams i can join over the summer in westchester new york or new rochelle?
