If Barak Obama only read R&S to understand americas views on religion and morality, what law would he pass nex?

He would order all atheists AND christians to be rounded up and shot. He would then set fire to the bodies and burn them to ashes in an unmarked pit. He would then cover it with a cement slab that only reads "The Folly of Man"
