Nex 5 or canon S95 or gf2?

i'm a newbie to the world of photography. Wanting to get a good camera, considered dslr before. But, it is too bulky for a amateur photographer like me. Therefore, after viewing and reading through several camera's review, i narrowed my choice to SONY NEX 5, PANASONIC GF2, and CANON S95. Portability is a must for me because i would like to travel around. Don't want to carry a big thing with me all the time.. the camera will be used to take indoor pictures of my relatives and friends as well. Just wonder if there are big difference in image quality of these cameras..?? How about in low light condition? Does the EVIL camera worth the money?
