Girlfriend acting greedy?

So were 14 and she was like my bdays nex week .. So i said ima get you a laker snapback hat and she loves them .. But then she said why get me a hat wen i can only where it with something to match wen she doesnt , but idk what shirt to get and there hat is 25 so i thought it was ok then she tells me wat her past BF got and how good and expensive it was .. What should i do ? I still love her but i was a little pissed off.
