What would you do in this situation?

so i was dating a guy for about 8 months and then he breaks up with me and then about a week later of trying to contact him to tell him i was pregnant he finally answers and then he blames me and says its my fault for not telling as soon as i found out and then so he talked me into abortion and then i miscarried one of the babies and then im having to get the surgical abortion in the nex tcouple of days but the things is after weve been on and off for about 3 months i went to his house today and we were going to another appointment and we had sex in the shower and then after were getting dressed he says dont tell anyone and i asked why and he says because hes trying to start talking like get with his "best friend" a girl, oh and they had sex once a little after we found out i was pregnant. but now i feel like **** and a slut because i did that with him and im pissed because he told me AFTER this happened! so im thinking about telling her we did that this morning but then im also thinking about the consequences if i do. ive lost hope in him to be around me so it doesnt even matter anyway..
