Which camera should I get?!?

Only #1 and #2 are dSLRs on your list. Among those two, the D3100 is more advanced so if you can afford it, that would be the best choice. If your budget is just enough for the D3000, it's okay. IT may be older but if you know what you're doing, you can get by just fine with it.
